“Does this TV had lower latency as in 5ms or less? And is it HDMI 2.1? I've seen this question asked for than once here, but none of the answers have given a direct YES or NO.”

It’s less than 5ms and it’s not HDMI 2.1. I say hard pass on this tv as it broke less than 6 days after I had it
