What a 2-year old piece of junk!!! We bought this TV 2-years ago and the other day we were watching a show and the screen just went black! We couldn’t hear sound but no picture. After going through the troubleshooting with TCL they told me that there was nothing that they could do! It only has a 1-year warranty on it! We paid $499 plus tax for ours and now it’s a $499 piece of crap!!! Do not buy these cheaply made TCL tv’s! We could have kept our tv that we had from the 1990’s that still worked! It wasn’t smart but it showed a picture and had sound! I’m going out to get me a Vizio! Our 5-year Vizio upstairs still works and my kids plays video games on it! DON’T BUY TCL….!!!!
