I have a Sonos sound bar and sub. The remote was not recognizing the speakers. I ended up calling Sonos and receiving a code to enter to get the remote working. The remote that was being used was the Xfinity remote, which was controlling the Sonos speakers. Once I enter the code with the Xfinity remote everything started work. Hope this helps
