“My soundbar is connected via HDMI-arc and cable box in HDMI 1. The video arrives before the sound when watching cable TV. The soundbar allows sound to be delayed, not sped up. Is there a setting on this tv to help sync video and audio?”

I used optical cable without sync issues. I didn't have an issue with sync but I have read that others have used the optical cable to resolve syncing issues. Roku has a few known issues with sound bar syncing. Also wanted to share this, might help. From AVS form TCL R625 thread: "I was able to resolve audio delay by changing the audio format on the TCL from auto detect to a specific format (Stereo, DD, DD+, etc). Before doing that, it was at times unwatchably out of sync." "Thanks to me...lol Kidding. Yeah audio detect screws up everything with the audio, so I just keep it on DD+ and DTS. It works fine."
