No, you would need an adapter for that, which I don't think are expensive. The other option is to use your phone as a backup remote, and I believe you can then connect headphones to your phone and use that for audio.

However, you can download the free Roku app on your smart phone or tablet to use voice search, voice control, and experience private listening. To enjoy private listening you simply click private listening in the app, and attach headphones to your smart phone or tablet.
