“My TCL 65R625 looks like it has no HD. My 40" Sony Bravia well over 10 years old has a vastly superior picture. Would appreciate any help to remedy this issue.”

My TCL 65" 4k TV is a series 6 TV 2018 . I have owned four Roku 4k TVs the others were 55" . They were good TVs . I gave the 3 - 55" TVs to my family so I could up grade to my 65" TCL 4K Roku TV series 6 and it's the best out of all 4 TVs. I don't know what his problem is or what series he has. BUT My TCL 4K TV HAS AN OUTSTANDING 4K PICTURE AND SOUND
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.What content are you trying to watch? If you are watching low res content (480, 720p) then the TV upscaling can only do so much. Try watching 4K content in the Youtube, Netflix or Dolby Atmos apps on the TV and then report back. Even watching sports or shows from Xfinity on my tv looks good at 1080p.
