I know this has a voice remote BUT I am running everything with a Logitech Harmony. Will IR commands work on this TV or must I use the included remote to turn it on and off and to change inputs. null

I checked and there is a IR sensor. My older IR remote works just fine. 

Not sure what code to use on Logitech Harmony but here is a picture out of the setup book for remote codes

Do not know but your cellphone can operate it with ease if you download the official Roku app. 
You have to be on the same local network as the TV
