Does the TCL 65R646 have something in the middle back of the TV that will allow me to attach a strap and then anchor that strap into a wall stud. I want to use the TV on a stand with the feet, but I also don't want the TV to fall over in an earthquake. null

There are threaded holes for the wall mount.  You could insert a screw into one or two holes and attach a strap or small chain to those.

You can anchor using the vesa mounts on the back and by using TV safety straps to the wall. You can find those straps for under $10.
