Yes. I have a chochlear implant and it's conected to TV through bluetooth and there's an option to run along with TV speakers in the audio menu. Two seperate temporary sound/mute bars appear showing seperate controls of both connected items.

Connecting headphones to this TV via Bluetooth with automatically disable the TV speakers. Currently, there are no settings to adjust this. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
