“How do you change the brightness when using an input with Dolby Vision? (Apple TV) The brightness adjustment disappears though saturation, contrast, and black level are still available. It’s too bright at night even when I select Dolby Vision Dark”

I do not believe that you can. It is set to auto in order to experience the directors visions. Just like with other tvs that have netflix setup with directors point of view.
