“How do you enable CEC so that I can use my tv remote for my sound bar? Also my is the arc hdmi port 1 not putting out Dolby atoms quality? It only gives me 5.1. Thanks”

To access CEC Settings, you would go to the following: Home>Press the Gear Button on the Remote>Settings>Channels & Inputs>Inputs>Control Other Devices(CEC).
