Does the remote control have voice option? null

I see a Roku stick and voice remote on Bestbuy website for $25. Why would I use a limited app on my phone? What advantage would that be?

The remote that comes with the TV does not feature a mic. However, you can download the free Roku mobile app on your Smartphone or tablet to use as a remote.
