“Is clouding in center of screen normal?”

• No, clouding in center screen is never normal for any TVs. That said I’ve noticed in the last two year that Best Buy is increasingly becoming the place NOT to purchase electronics from. (5 TVs, two sound bars, multiple mounts and some other small electronics in two years) the quality has gone down and they do not stand by the products they sell. At all. Customer service will talk to you like they woke up not wanting a job as well and you will get a different answer from each rep you speak with.
