“How far apart are the spaces for mounting brackets on this? I'm replacing a 65R635 with this and want to know if the brackets will be the same distance apart as the old tv, in other words can I be sure the current bracket on the wall is wide enough?”

Most bracket are all universal! As long as it can handle up to 75” and the weight they will fit!
