It comes with Google TV installed, and you can add others. The most popular ones are already listed (but you'd still need to install them and sign in). You'd have to go into the different apps to change channels there, or there's some suggested items on Google TV, which lists which apps have the show and then opens that app to view it. If you meant which actual device to do all of this, that would be the remote that's included with the TV (it's great - buttons glow in the dark, and there's shortcut buttons for Netflix, YouTube, Prime, Apple TV, TCL TV (free channels), and Disney+).
