• A:Answer I purchased this for my 13.6 and it fits perfectly. I would think that it would be too large for an 11.6. Try contacting TechProtectus at "[email protected]" to see if they make a cover that will protect your 11.6. They seem to be a customer oriented business and should be happy to help you.

• A:Answer It's a clear, hard plastic case on the exterior that is easy to put and remove without scratching the MacBook Air. The keyboard has a silicone covering that can be removed (which I did) if you don't like the feel of the keys.
