Time to time is an understatement. You'll be taking this thing apart on a daily basis before you make your coffee.

Basic cleaning is required but very easy. Parts are available on the to site, and they have a dedicated repair center if needed.

I remove and clean my brewer and compartments once a week. Everything else the machine tells you when it’s time to do which is nice. Luckily, I’ve never had to get a replacement part but I know they have all of them to ship out. Their team has been really fast to respond to all my questions and can set up repair by sending you a box to ship it in.
