• Hi MD, thank you for your question and interest in Model:SGSP365TS. This Cooktop has these surface cooking applications such as boiling, frying, simmering, steaming and sautéing. This model does not have the ExtraLow®.

• The most expensive version have both easy clean and simmer, the others are either easy clean or simmer.
