• This is a cooling fan to go inside a larger computer tower or possibly cabinet, approximately 8 in.², not for hanging from the ceiling or powering off 120 V. Read the specs in the ad it makes it very clear.

• This is a PC component, not for your ceiling. It's about 7" x 7" and does have holes to be mounted to the top of a PC case, so I guess you could mount it to the ceiling. But it runs on 12V DC not 120V AC.
