Thermaltake usually warrants there power supplies for a couple of years (usually 3 or more). The length of time depends on the particular model. Contact Thermaltake and ask them about an extended warranty. If you mean is the power supply a Regulated Power Supply, yes, all computer power supplies are "regulated".
