I would not use it for a RTX3080.

I would do at least 850W for that card. This power supply will run that card, but it will most like run the system hot. If you run a smaller wattage power supply in say a power gaming pc for example, it will work but you will make that power supply work much harder, it will run hotter, as will your system, and you will burn it out sooner and have to go buy another one. If you're building a game rig, go bigger on that PSU.
