• Yes on both in my opinion. I put it in a i5-9600k and a rtx 2060 ko. It will power yours just fine, but if you plan on overclocking or playing hours on end AAA titles it may get a little warm and might be a little louder with that fan trying hard to stay cool, but it will be just fine.
