• The 8-pin that your motherboard needs is keyed differently and is a 4-pin + 4-pin. The PCIe connectors are 6-pin+2, which there are two of on this model. So yes, this has everything you need.

• Yes but it will be split from one single cable. There are two 8 pin plugs though.
