This is one drawback of this case. In order to plug things in to the motherboard, you have to remove the top cap as well as the bracket holding the top fans to access it. Then, cables are routed out of a cutout in the top cap. It is not easy, but the end result is very clean. Many things that are worth doing are not easy, so I don't mind the extra work for a clean result. This case is my favorite case that I have ever owned.
