• Yes, it actually has a "4+4" (2 4-pin CPU connectors hooked together). They are easy to separate if you need just one of the 4-pins.

• Yes it does. Actually it is a combination connector of either 6 or 8 pins which DOES mate with the 4 pin connector with no modification. Had to put the PS in a dell 330, and it fits and works just fine hope this helps....
