Can I use this as an exhaust fan? null

Absolutely, as long as you have space for the fan and the radiator. I am using mine as an exhaust in the top back of my PC case. Just make sure that you have the fan installed in the right direction and it will blow the air out of the case through the radiator. It does a very nice job of cooling.
