• it’s pre-filled. it’s a closed loop cooler. you never have to refill it. make’s them very safe for use in a pc applications.

• The liquid is already installed. All you need to do is connect the bracket to the motherboard, connect the cooler to the bracket and install the radiator/fan to the computer case.

• Water is already inside, adding the water was in the old times, I do not know if they come like that anymore.

• This is a sealed water cooler. So the coolant is already inside it. There is no need to add coolant. Sealed coolers are better as they are much less prone to leaks.
