“How do you get the water inside of the tubes if there is no reservoir like in the picture?”

it’s pre-filled. it’s a closed loop cooler. you never have to refill it. make’s them very safe for use in a pc applications.

The liquid is already installed. All you need to do is connect the bracket to the motherboard, connect the cooler to the bracket and install the radiator/fan to the computer case.

Water is already inside, adding the water was in the old times, I do not know if they come like that anymore.

This is a sealed water cooler. So the coolant is already inside it. There is no need to add coolant. Sealed coolers are better as they are much less prone to leaks.

It comes prefilled. You just have to install it on your cpu and plug it in. No filling required.
