Crazy Taxi on Steam doesn't have analog steering support out of the box, meaning a steering wheel wouldn't feel any different to pressing a button. You can install mods to the game to make it work but I don't have any experience with it personally. The original 2002 PC port of Crazy Taxi has good controller and wheel support but you may find it difficult to find a copy nowadays. Thankfully people have archived it and uploaded to the Internet Archive. This wheel in particular is nice for Crazy Taxi and other arcade-y driving games (like Need for Speed, perhaps even Gran Turismo) but not for anything more demanding like racing simulators (e.g. Assetto Corza, Project Cars, American Truck Simulator, City Car Driving).
