Yes, you can add a shifter to the T248 racing wheel. Thrustmaster reccomends the TH8A shifter, which is compatible with the T248 as well as all brands and models of racing wheels.

If you mean a shifter yes absolutely. It also has paddle shifters already.

I believe you can, although I simply use a separate usb on my pc. The shifter should come with an adapter to plug straight into the wheel for console applications
