• Thule was very receptive to me, when some stitching had come off after I had overloaded my case for over a year. Thule sent me a completely new case and that was over a year after I had purchased the item.

• It says Limited Lifetime on their website. Dont know what are the conditions but for now am very happy with my Gauntlet and no problems so far...
