Hey Matt, This is the place for customers to answer each other's questions... you need to use Best Buy's customer support (and since you made your Best Buy order number public, someone else might be able to contact customer support and claim your Tidal code). Hope you got the email after talking to Customer Support (might have been sent to a spam or junk folder, also one misspelled letter in submitting your email address happens to people more often than you think). Once you get the code in your email, you would want to go to https://account.tidal.com/redeem, sign in to manage your account, and copy/paste your subscription code in there. I'm not affiliated with TIDAL or Best Buy, I'm just another audiophile. Good luck!
