Yes. It can be accessed. But its not integrated well. Theres more acces to upnp through cell - not laptop. Spotify is more seemless in this regard

Grom their FAQ: How Many Devices Can I Use Simultaneously? You can use 1 device in online mode and 5 devices in offline mode simultaneously.
