Why don't you just download the app and see if you can view the already programmed Tile's location simultaneously?

Yep. Each Tile is activated individually. Each person will need their own Tile profile/account.

You can use Tile on multiple devices, but there is a limitation with Bluetooth technology. As a general rule, Bluetooth technology only allows for a single connection between two devices.
