“Can I put this in luggage and see where it is? If I'm in one city, will I see that my luggage may have missed a connection and is at a different airport?”

• I don’t believe so...because like AirPods it’ll have to connect to a Bluetooth device so register it’s in that GPS location

• You can , but if the location services or Bluetooth doesn’t work properly it won’t update.

• Theoretically, yes. Your phone will not find them, but other tile users will. You will get notified if another user locates it somewhere else and will give you the approximate location. Not sure how it works exactly. That's been my experience.
