“Does his tile sop working and you have to purchase something to keep it working? My son said his has stopped working and saying he has to make a purchase of something!”

• Depending on how long he’s had it, the tile app should offer to send you a replacement battery. I got my first one a year ago and that’s what happened to me. I’d recommend reaching out to the tile people.

• The battery is estimated to last one year. It may be time to replace the tile with a new tile if the battery is dead. It should say in the Tile app if the batter is low or if its time to replace the tile.
