What is the difference between tile mate and tile pro? Thanks! null

Hi Heather, the Tile Pro has a range of 400 ft. or 122 meters while the Tile Mate only 200 ft. or 61 meters. The volume is louder for the Pro, the Pro is a little bit larger at 42 mm x 42 mm vs. 35 mm x 35 mm. I believe both have 1 year replaceable batteries.

The Tile Pro doubles the range of the Tile Mate, which gives you that extra peace of mind, knowing you can find what you're looking for, even if you're not super close to it. Plus, the Tile Pro is slightly louder, meaning that if you are near the end of that 400-foot range, you should be able to hear it. I went with the Tile Pro, and I'm super happy with my purchase.

Tile Pro has a range of 400 feet the tile mate has a range of 200 feet.

From what was explained to me is the Tile Pro gets a better range than the mate. So basically the mate has a range of 200’ diameter while the pro has double that. 
In short the pro I say is better since you can be further away from it than the mate an still locate it’s position
