• You can use your phone hotspot to get a WiFi connection for the tv and then it should work as normal. However your signal strength of your phone can cause latency.

• You could try to connect your Smartphone to the TV using an adapter like the Apple - Lightning Digital A/V Adapter - Model: MD826ZM/A

• Turn your cellphone into a hotspot, then connect the TV to that wifi signal.
