• Toshiba customer care. When I got to settings on by fire tv I. Preferences I only have parental controls privacy data montorijg notifications featured content sync recent content and location time zone and language There is no place that says clock. So where is it and do you even have the correct tv? I need that disabled.

• Hi Minx, You can go into the settings of your TV and go to preferences. There, you will find “Clock” or “Timer.” Click on it, and you can turn off the inactivity timer.
