“How do i get the alarm clock setting to work… it lets me set up an alarm but it wont turn on like ist supposed to…my previous tv was also a fire tv and that featured worked perfectly on it”

Are you referencing the sleep timer? Access is in the middle just above the Netflix/Prime Video buttons (looks like a “sun”. This brings up a menu in the right of the screen
