While it's easy to hook this TV up to a spectrum set top box, I suspect your question may have actually been about whether the spectrum app is supported (which allows you to watch Spectrum TV without a set-top box.) Unfortunately, the app currently supports only Samsung, which to me is horrifically short-sighted of spectrum. Luckily, I already had it installed on my Sharp Roku TV so it continues to work there, but I can't download it for my new Toshiba.

I own a 50" Toshiba Fire Edition TV and it works with Charter/Spectrum.
