- Answer Not sure your exact question but I used a regular mount to put the TV on the wall. Same mount for all the other tv’s I own.

QuestionWhy when I plug my headphones into the headphone jack it silenced the volume on the tv and nothing comes out of my headphones?

Make sure that the audio cable is firmly connected to the audio out port of the TV. If the headphones have a volume control, set the volume on the source to a high level and use the volume on the headphones to adjust the volume to the desired listening level. QuestionIn the quick install it refers to a square spacer for VESA mount. You must have some kind of spacer as the bolts are too long. Anyone know where to get one or have a solution to this? My previous Toshiba had bosses molded into the back for the VESA mount.

- Answer The only way to expand memory is to install a fire TV stick or a Rocu device. Since you have a fire TV i recommend a Rocu device since this option will give you a lot more viewing options and channels !

QuestionDoes this TV come with a stand to use on a media console?

- Answer Yes though it is not terribly stout ( solid base ). Ended up buying the right size screws for my mount (Ace Hardware- it takes a very specific size. I googled to get the conversion ), and I donated the base stand. Otherwise I would find a better stand or be very careful not to jostle your new tv.

Questionhow do I connect my bose solo 5 soundbar to this TV. There is no opticle cable input on this TV.

- Answer Yes there is . I just connected my tv to my stereo last week . It is small with a built in cover . A light would be helpfull , I couldn't find it without a light . You might have to enter the sound menu to make the final connection if it doesn't connect automaticly .
