• Yes. My grandson wanted an external drive for his Xbox One and I recommended this one. Took less than 2 minutes to install. The Xbox recognizes it and requires you to format it to use it with the Xbox. It asks you if you want to format it. Say yes. Then you can select if you want your games saved on it. All questions and prompts from Xbox. There are instructions on the Xbox One website about adding an external hard drive. Very easy to do. My grandson has had no issues with it.

• Works perfectly on mine. No noticeable lag... It actually loads titles just a bit faster.

• Due to it being usb 3.0 it will work great with xbox one to expand the storage.

• Yes, this hard drive is compatible with Xbox one and it will work just fine.
