“I accessed files on this hard drive a day ago but today it is not working. When I go to "my computer," it is not listed as an option. When I plug the device into my laptop, the light comes on on the device but I can not access it on my laptop. We troubleshot and tried on a few different laptops but have the same issues on all.”
