• Thanks for your question, Robert. Yes, the Toshiba Canvio Basics 2TB external hard drive is compatible with Xbox One. Keep in mind that once you plug the external hard drive into one of the available USB ports on the Xbox One it will delete the contents on the hard drive and reformat it for use with Xbox One.

• It does in fact. That's what I got it for, and have moved most of my games over to it already. Games on the external drive seem to load faster than the ones I have on my internal drive. If you can get it on sale, it's probably going to be the best drive for the best price you can find.
