I have four Total by Verison phones. All of them have "roaming" available. HOWEVER, Total Wireless used to be an ONLY USA carrier, so I'm not sure. Vacations ... probably yes. Total by Verison bought them out so I am definitely not sure now. Why don't you contact the carrier direct?
