Hi. This is April from TracFone Wireless. Unfortunately, TracFone cannot be used outside the United States, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The reason is there is still no services provided outside these areas and unauthorized use of TracFone may result in immediate discontinuance of service. Thank you.
