Thank you for your answer. Why is is so expensive, 6 times more expensive, to call from the USA to Ecuador than to call from the USA to Colombia? As you may know, these two countries sit next to each other in South America.

It terrible that the charge to Colombia is $0.02 two cents/m, for Uruguay it is $0.06/m, 3 times as much and to Ecuador next door to Colombia, it is $0.12, twelve cents/m 6 times more than to Colombia.
Something is wrong.
