“The card says 1 year and 400 minutes. Is it 400 minutes for text and phone and once used, you can no longer use? I bought an unlimited call text last year for $99 and it was great. This year seems to different. Is it because Verizon bought Tracfone?”

Hello. This is Lea from TracFone Wireless. Thank you for your interest with our plans and services. Even before Verizon acquired us, we already have a PayGo plans. The 400 minutes includes text, talk and web. You can no longer use any service once your minutes is used up.
