No, Every 90 Days (3 months). It's the best deal anywhere to maintain the service months, if you have alot of min, text and data.

it's a 90 day plan..you are good for 90 days if you do not use all your minutes if you run out of minutes...buy another card & activate it for your phone

No, it is a 90 day card. So if you don't use all of the minutes in 90 days then you only need to add a new card every 3 months.
