You have to purchase a trac-fone if you already have one then all you need is to make sure you have Wi-Fi they can provide you with a new number and no monthly bills.

It is possible to start a new line with tracfone with this card. Just be aware that it only has 400 minutes of talk time in addition to the year of service. Those minutes go quickly.
